Our Lake Wales, Florida division of Amphenol Sine Systems is the value added division supporting Military, Aerospace, Commercial, Medical, and Industrial Cable Assemblies. This facility is ISO 9001:2000 certified, in addition to being in the process of getting AS9100 certified. The facility is ITAR registered and encompasses 42,000 square feet of working space with a work force averaging ten years of manufacturing experience.
The Lake Wales facility produces the following types of cable assemblies:
Wiring Harnesses I Copper Cable Assemblies I Coaxial Cable Assemblies I Molded Cable Assemblies
Along with the cable assemblies, we do full turnkey on box builds to support all industries and markets. Being part of the Amphenol family, we have many resources at our disposal to do complete vertical integration. The Lake Wales facility has an Engineering staff to assist companies in any new design efforts.
We offer high-quality and competitively-priced turnkey solutions with short lead times. We specializes in quick-turn prototype and production services. We also have a focus on responsive customer service, understanding that the customer is our strongest asset.
The Lakes Wales facility is focused on supporting the Military/Aerospace market. This facility is currently doing business with companies like Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, and L3 Communications. We are currently building military cables supporting simulation and power distribution programs.
