NFPA-79 (National Fire Protection Association) allows conduit-free, modular, soft-wired systems for industrial machinery.
In addition to all the certifications and ratings listed on the front page, all of these systems are fully compliant with the NFPA-79 standard for power distribution within industrial machinery and coordination of multiple machines. NFPA-79 includes all electrical and electronic elements of the machinery operating at 600V or less: machine tools, injection molding machines, woodworking equipment, assembling machinery, material handling machinery, inspection and testing machines.
